All training can be delivered either via webinar, In-house or offsite.We are flexible in our delivery method as we understand that each company has different preferences and requirements. 

Training can be a worthwhile exercise in expanding employee knowledge and motivation. There are many advantages to each delivery method. Onsite training enables employees to work at their offices, creating less interruption to their day, and minimal expense. Offsite can involve costs associated with sending employees out of the office for a day but at the same time can create a focused environment in which they can concentrate fully on the task at hand.

It is often the case that employees' work and personal schedules may leave only small blocks of available time for training.   This is where web based training take preference. There are many distinctive advantages to webinar training courses; Webinar training is deliverable to any web browser, at any workstation, anywhere in the world, helping to reduce overheads and time spent on travel/time away from the office. This can offer live communication when onsite or offsite training is not feasible and there is a preference to train individuals or large groups of employees at the same time. For companies based abroad or with offices in different locations, this enables a larger number of employees to be trained in one session- thus reducing costs again and everyone hearing the same message.

Confidentiality in our industry is paramount, Webinar training is a mechanism of learning whilst still giving you the ability to control who sees your company’s identity. Employees can log on and join a webinar session with ease and reassurance that the only person aware of their presence is the trainer. Although distant in location, the trainer is able to answer questions instantly, guide you though the course onscreen, and obtain feedback immediately.
